Bowers Pond - Nashua, NH Fishing Report

Warmwater Species In Spades

If you are looking for quick local action and don't really care what takes your bait or are teaching a young angler the basics, Bowers Pond is a pretty decent spot.
This pond has yeilded Largemouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, Yellow Perch and a variety of Bluegill and I am sure there are a few Hornpout lurking around the bottom.

**There is a lot of top water and underwater vegetation from late spring through summer.

**The shoreline on the north side of the pond (if you are on Tinker Rd. facing Thornton Rd. it would be the right hand side) is owned by Pennichuck Water Works, they will have local police hand out trespassing citations. Fishing from the causeway bridge is apparently OK, just stay off the north shorelines. Anywhere on the left hand side of Tinker Rd. is safe to fish.

(To cut down on the amount of Hotspot clutter, I don't list Bluegill or Fallfish catches unless they are a potential record.)
